Windows may show a SmartScreen prompt the first time because the exe isn't code-signed: choose More info → Run anyway. Chat lines stay on your PC unless you turn on sharing in the client.

Add another PC: run the client there and open the link it shows. Remove a PC to delete everything it uploaded.
Give the player the username + temporary password; they're asked to change it on first sign-in.
